The library is an Important educational centre of the college. The College has an excellent central library posses a wide collection of books and subscribes various journals to cater the academic needs of the students and faculties. The library is the hub of the academic students life in the campus. this library was established in the year 2016. The library stocks many old and prestigious books. The central library plays a pivotal role to the teaching –learning processes in the collegiate progress. The 116.85 sqm. accommodation is lighted up and comfortably furnished, partially automated library with a seating capacity for 50 members. The library presently possesses around 3554 books and subscribes regular periodicals including both journals and magazines.

• The library remains open on all the working days except Sundays and notified academic calendar.

• The library uses library management software, for its housekeeping operations.

• Availability of OPAC searching facility fulfils is one of the salient features of the library.

• The internet browsing facilities are also available, but only educational sites are allowed to surf.

• The photocopy and print-out facilities are also available in the library, keeping the rules of plagiarism in this context.

• The library is well equipped with LAN-connected computers with internet facility.

• The Proposed surveillance made through the CCTV installation for the library.

• The library provides current-awareness services to the readers through new arrivals display, newspaper clippings and announcement posters etc.

LIBRARY SERVICES

The library provides the following basic services:-

1. Online Public Access Catalogue (OPAC) :- The Library book catalogue are Author-based, Subject, title- based searching and other advanced aided search facilities are characterized under OPAC.
2. Reference & Information Services: - Reference service: long range and ready reference services provide to the users.
3. Reading Room Services:- More than 50 students has read in the reading room along with new arrival books, news papers, competitive books, health and sports magazines and research Journals and play vital roles to boost students and lead to groom them to the present scenario of competition and communication.
4. Reprography: - Photocopy service is available to the users for Rs 1.00 per page. It is the facility for reproduction of documents with printing and microfilming.
